Firstly, our thoughts are with all of those who have already been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic and we really appreciate the extraordinary efforts being made by healthcare and other key workers in the midst of what are unprecedented circumstances worldwide.


Our focus at this time is to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers  and communities in which we live as well as doing what we can to support the interventions put forward by Government in helping to slow the spread of the virus and protecting the more vulnerable within our society, such as the elderly and those with other health problems.


We are also focusing on protecting the delivery of products and services to our clients and supporting them in adapting to the rapidly changing situation.

Crisis Management Team

Kaiser+Kraft have set up a Crisis Management Team who are monitoring the changing situation. The Team is made up of our senior executives as well as key personnel in all of the regions we work within. The team are continually reviewing our Business Continuity Plans and we will keep you informed of any changes that need to be made to our business.

Supply of Products

At the moment, we have not seen an impact on goods being shipped from our warehouses in Central Europe and as such we continue to receive and fulfil your orders in the same way we normally do.


Kaiser+Kraft have now stopped all international travel and our UK & Ireland based Key Account Managers have postponed all face to face meetings at customer sites. We would instead be happy to facilitate online meetings via Skype or discuss details of your requirements by phone.

Home working

From Friday 20th March, all of our UK office based staff, including Sales Support, Accounts and Customer Services, will be working from home.  Our team will all still have access to the Kaiser+Kraft network and will be fully functional at this time.


You can still contact us on the usual phone numbers and email.  The office phone system will be diverted to our home working team.

NHS & HSE Clients

We are really thankful and appreciative of the difficult work completed by our NHS clients in UK and HSE clients in Ireland at this time. We want to help wherever we can and have now set up additional discounts for these customers on our full product range. Please speak to your Account Manager or our Sales Support Team for more details.
