The 3M™ particulate insert filter 5911 complements suitable gas filters with reliable class P1 R particulate protection. Thanks to simple installation and reduced breathing resistance, the respiratory filter supports comfortable working in day-to-day operations.

The insert filter is intended for combination with 3M™ gas filters. It can be inserted quickly and easily. The matching design ensures that the filter sits correctly and remains reliably connected to the gas filter. This facilitates the daily handling of personal protective equipment.

The 3M™ particulate insert filter 5911 has been tested and approved in accordance with EN 143:2000. Protection level P1 R is suitable for protection against solid and liquid particles. These include, for example, dusts, mists and aerosols, provided the operating conditions comply with the respective risk assessment. The respiratory filter is therefore suitable for various activities in industry, trade and maintenance.

The reduced breathing resistance supports pleasant wearing comfort, even during longer working intervals. In addition, the particulate filters can be replaced independently of the gas and vapour filters. This enables maintenance as needed and can reduce material consumption within personal protective equipment. Replacement must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and operational specifications.
