Gas and combined filter 6059 – 3M protection level ABEK1, pack of 8

The 3M™ gas and combination filter 6059 provides versatile class ABEK1 respiratory protection. It protects against various gases and vapours and combines easy fitting with high wearing comfort in everyday work.

The user-friendly bayonet-click attachment system enables quick and secure filter installation. The respiratory filter clicks into place reliably, ensuring a correct fit on the mask. Filter replacement can also be carried out without taking up much time. This makes daily use easier and supports the structured handling of personal protective equipment.

The flat, swept-back design contributes to a balanced weight and an optimised field of vision. As a result, freedom of movement is maintained while working. The compact design is also suitable for activities in areas with limited space. The respiratory filter fits the 3M™ mask series 6000, 7000 and 7500 and can be integrated into existing respiratory protection systems.

The ABEK1 protection level covers multiple hazard areas. The filter is suitable for protection against organic gases and vapours with a boiling point above 65 °C, inorganic gases and vapours as well as acid gases. It also provides protection against ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives. The respiratory filter thus supports versatile applications in industry, trade and maintenance.

The selection of personal protective equipment must be made on the basis of the risk assessment and the respective conditions of use.
