Mobile waste oil collector – mobile lubricant handling with 75 litres capacity

The mobile waste oil collector supports clean and controlled lubricant handling in workshops and operations. The robust 75-litre oil container can be positioned flexibly and facilitates the collection as well as the subsequent discharge of suitable waste oils and flame-resistant liquids.

The container consists of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel. A metal apron additionally protects the waste oil container from damage. Two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels, in combination with the sturdy push handle, enable comfortable manoeuvring at the place of use.

The height adjustable oil collecting funnel can be adapted to different working situations. A removable sieve and an additional coarse sieve retain impurities and support reliable lubricant handling. A ball cock in the filling pipe enables controlled operation.

For discharge, the oil container features a two-metre long, transparent hose with a steel discharge elbow. A safety overpressure valve permanently set to 0.5 bar with a throttle valve and a plug-in nipple complete the functional equipment.

The oil-resistant hydro-structure paint protects the surfaces in daily work. The container is finished in window grey in RAL 7040 and the collecting funnel is blue in Pantone 294.

Media:
Suitable for waste oils of known origin with a flash point above 55 °C or flame-resistant liquids.
Must not be used for highly flammable liquids!

Please note:
According to the pressure vessel regulations, the devices are subject to testing group 1 (max. pressurisation, e.g. when emptying filled containers, + 0.5 bar).
If the waste oil collectors are emptied via a line into an oil collecting tank, an overfill prevention device must be provided in accordance with the WHG.
Regional regulations and state guidelines must be observed.
