PE sump tray – robust pallet tray for storage and transport of hazardous substances

The PE sump tray combines high chemical resistance with particularly practical handling. As a robust pallet tray for storage, handling and internal transport, it supports the safe handling of aggressive and water-hazardous liquids.

Manufactured from high-quality polyethylene, the transport sump tray offers high resistance to oils, acids, alkalis and many other chemical media. This makes it suitable for the compliant indoor storage of liquids in GHS categories 1 – 4 and contributes to the safe design of work areas.
The removable PE grids feature practical handholds that facilitate lifting and repositioning. Drums can be stored directly on the PE grid or on pallets. This flexibility enables demand-oriented use of the pallet tray in different storage and production environments.

For the internal material flow, the transport sump tray can be accessed from four sides with a stacker and pallet truck. This allows containers and drums to be moved and provided efficiently. At the same time, the robust construction ensures a high load capacity and is durable.

Without the grid, the pallet tray can be stacked to save space. This reduces the space required for storage and transport of the empty trays. The general technical approval from the DIBt, Berlin, provides additional safety when making the selection of a suitable transport sump tray for professional use. The resistant pallet tray supports safe workflows during the storage, handling and transport of hazardous substances.
