The mobile PE sump tray for 60-litre drums combines reliable hazardous substance protection with flexible internal transport. Four swivel castors and a practical push handle enable controlled movement of the plastic sump tray at the place of use.

The external dimensions of the handle are 208 x 410 x 980 mm in the order width x depth x heigth. The small container sump tray has a sump capacity of 60 litres. Without a grate, a 60-litre container can be placed directly inside. With a GRP grate or zinc plated grate, the plastic sump tray provides space for up to two 60-litre containers. The max. load is 150 kg with an evenly distributed load.

Manufactured from polyethylene, the sump tray is highly resistant to oils, acids and alkalis. The material is lightweight, robust, durable and weather-resistant. This makes the cleaning device suitable for use in indoor and outdoor areas. The smooth surface is easy to inspect and clean.

The push handle supports back-friendly handling. The four swivel castors make it easier to align and reposition the small container sump tray when liquid containers need to be transported or repositioned within the company. Escaping liquids are collected in the tray area. This reduces the risk of floor contamination and costly rework.

The PE sump tray is suitable for the safe storage and internal transport of aggressive and water-hazardous liquids of GHS categories 1 – 4. It has a general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin. Suitable for workshops, production areas, warehouses and hazardous substance workstations with 60-litre containers.
