PE sump tray with tarpaulin enclosure for 2 x 1000 litre IBC/CTC

PE sump tray with tarpaulin structure – flexible hazardous substance storage for indoors and outdoors

The PE sump tray with tarpaulin structure enables safe and flexible hazardous substance storage in indoor and outdoor areas. The robust, removable tarpaulin structure protects the stored containers from weather influences, while the approved sump tray reliably retains leaking liquids.

The yellow PVC tarpaulin is highly resistant to aggressive media, abrasion and puncturing. Two lateral zips allow the front to be completely closed. During loading and unloading, this can be kept open with fastening loops. A domed, rigid PE roof under the tarpaulin supports controlled water drainage. A resistant frame construction made of electrolytically zinc plated steel tubes ensures stability.

The tarpaulin structure can be dismantled. This allows the blue PE tub to be used separately as a sump tray or dispensing station indoors if required. Assembly of the structure takes about 30 minutes and thus supports flexible operational use.

With a sump capacity of 1,140 litres, the dispensing station offers space for two IBCs/KTCs with 1,000 litres each or up to eight 200-litre drums. Likewise, 60-litre drums and small containers with aggressive or water-hazardous liquids can be stored. A resistant PE grate serves as a secure standing surface.

For efficient handling, the sump tray can be driven under from two sides with a stacker and pallet truck. The general technical approval of the DIBt, Berlin, supports compliant hazardous substance storage in commercial applications.
