Small container hazardous substance rack for water-hazardous and flammable media – safe chemical storage with approval

The small container hazardous substance rack for water-hazardous and flammable media enables the safe and compliant storage of a wide variety of hazardous substances. The combination of an approved sump solution, flexible rack design and robust steel construction makes this chemical rack reliable equipment for storage and production areas.

The small container rack is suitable for storing flammable liquids of GHS categories 1 – 3 as well as water-hazardous liquids of GHS categories 1 – 4. It thereby supports companies with legally compliant indoor storage and the safe filling of hazardous substances in small containers.

The construction consists entirely of zinc plated sheet steel. Both the three grate shelves and the sump base are designed for daily use in demanding operating environments. With an evenly distributed load, each storage level carries up to 130 kg. The shelf levels can be adjusted in height in a 25-mm grid and can be adapted to different container sizes.

Thanks to the simple boltless assembly, the chemical rack is quickly assembled. If storage requirements increase, the small container rack can be individually expanded. The stable construction supports long-term use and creates order in hazardous substance storage.

The available declaration of conformity ÜHP according to StawaR provides additional security in the selection of a suitable chemical rack. At the same time, the small container rack enables clearly arranged storage, quick access to containers and safe workflows when handling flammable or water-hazardous media.
