UIB pallet scale – KERN steel

The UIB pallet scale is a powerful and versatile industrial scale that has been specially developed for weighing pallets, roll containers and large transport goods. Thanks to the practical U-shape, the scale can easily be driven onto with pallet trucks or forklift trucks. This saves time, reduces physical strain and ensures a fast workflow during goods receipt, order picking or dispatch.

Thanks to battery operation and a compact, lightweight design, it is suitable for use at multiple locations. The scale can be easily transported using rollers and a grab handle, and stored to save space. A protective working cover is included in the scope of delivery.

With a read-out accuracy from 0.5 kg, the industrial scale offers high accuracy even with large loads. Its solid steel construction with an anti-slip ribbed sheet steel platform ensures stability and safety in every application. Four high-precision load cells with IP67 ingress protection ensure reliable measurement results – even in demanding industrial environments with dust or moisture. The supplied evaluation unit with a large LCD display enables a clear, easy-to-read display of the measurement results. The user-friendly menu navigation and the robust housing design make operation simple and safe. Functions such as parts counting, summing, tolerance control and checkweighing extend the range of applications and make the scale a true all-round scale for industrial applications.

Optionally, it can also be operated with a rechargeable battery, making it mobile and independent of the mains power supply. The UIB pallet scale impresses with high precision, a robust construction and simple handling for daily use in production, warehouse and dispatch.
