Drive-through scale – KERN steel

The drive-through scale enables the quick and precise weighing of transport trolleys directly in the material flow. Thanks to the low overall height, integrated loading ramps and the mobile design, this floor scale can be used flexibly without having to reload goods. This saves time and ensures smooth processes in production, warehouse and dispatch.

The compact platform scale can be effortlessly integrated into existing work processes. Transport trolleys can be driven directly onto the weighing platform and weighed without any additional effort. The low platform and the loading ramps on both sides make driving on easier and accelerate the entire weighing process. At the same time, four silicone-coated aluminium load cells ensure precise measurement results.

The robust weighbridge made of powder coated steel is designed for daily use. Thanks to the dust and splash water protection to IP67, the load cells remain reliably protected even in demanding working environments. An integrated spirit level supports the precise levelling of the floor scale and thus contributes to high measurement accuracy. For additional convenience, the platform scale can be easily transported using rollers and a grab handle, and stored to save space. For models without a stand, a wall bracket for the indicator is also included as standard equipment. A protective cover is also included in the scope of delivery.
