PE sump tray for 4 x 200 l drums
The PE sump tray for 4 x 200 l drums enables safe and clear indoor storage of hazardous substance drums. The robust shallow tray made of durable polyethylene combines reliable spill protection with easy access and flexible handling.
The tray and grid are made entirely of chemical- and UV-resistant MDPE. The material is highly resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and other chemicals. This makes the plastic sump tray suitable for the compliant indoor storage of aggressive and water-hazardous liquids in GHS categories 1 – 4.
The integrated PE grid creates a stable storage surface for up to four 200-litre drums. Small containers can also be stored clearly in a row on the tray grid. The arrangement makes it easier to inspect the containers and allows direct access to the individual drums. The removable PE perforated panels feature practical cut-outs. This makes them easy to handle during maintenance work or for cleaning.
The shallow tray can be accessed from two sides with a stacker and pallet truck. The fork pockets on the long side are each 250 mm long and have a distance of 190 mm. This facilitates moving the plastic sump tray within the premises. When not in use, the sump tray can be stacked to save space.
The robust construction supports long-term use in hazardous substance stores, production areas and technical service rooms. The PE sump tray has a general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin, Z-40.22-380, for the compliant indoor storage of corresponding liquids.
