The PE sump tray for 200-litre drums combines robust HDPE quality with a high max. load and flexible storage options. With Euro pallet dimensions, it is suitable for safe drum storage in floor and pallet racking.

The tray is made of particularly resistant and durable polyethylene. With a distributed load, it supports up to 600 kg. Without a grid, it offers space for a 200-litre drum or smaller containers. With an inserted grid, two 200-litre drums, six 60-litre drums or various small containers can be stored. This allows the tray to be used as a drum sump tray or as a sump tray for small containers.

A robust runner base facilitates internal logistics. With a stacker, the PE sump tray can be accessed from four sides. The runner pockets measure 300 x 80 mm. For transport with a pallet truck, the tray can be accessed from two sides. The distance between feet is 520 mm. This allows the sump tray to be safely picked up, relocated and placed directly into pallet racking.

Standard pallet collars can be fitted. This allows the storage solution to be adapted to different containers and operational procedures. The general construction authority approval supports safe use in commercial environments.

The PE sump tray retains escaping liquids in a controlled manner. This protects floors, traffic areas and adjacent storage areas from contamination. This makes it easier to comply with safety requirements and reduces the effort required for cleaning and damage control. This product is ideal for drum storage and the safe storage of aggressive media such as acids, alkalis and oils.

Max. load max. 600 kg (distributed load).
Without grid for 1 x 200-litre drum or small containers.
With grid for 2 x 200-litre drums, 6 x 60-litre drums or small containers.
