The Orthomat® Standard anti-fatigue mat is the classic solution for ergonomic standing workstations in industry and commerce. It specifically reduces fatigue during standing activities and noticeably improves comfort, safety and productivity in the workplace thanks to its insulating and sound-absorbing properties.
The single-layer workplace mat is made of open-cell PVC foam and provides pleasant cushioning while simultaneously ensuring secure footing. The high-grip surface in combination with R10 slip resistance according to DIN 51130 makes it a reliable anti-slip mat for dry indoor areas.
The Orthomat® Standard is designed for light to medium duty and is typically used on production lines, in assembly areas, at packing stations or at workbenches. It helps relieve strain on the back and joints, thereby enhancing ergonomics in daily work.
In terms of safety, the mat also impresses with fire protection class Dfl-s1 according to EN 13501 as well as B2 according to DIN 4102. It is optionally available with safety markings to clearly identify work areas.
The anti-fatigue mat is available in various sizes as well as by the metre and can be flexibly adapted to individual workstation requirements. The Orthomat® Standard is therefore a durable and economical solution for ergonomic workstations in dry working environments.
