External deburring tool – tool for clean edges and quick repairs

The external deburring tool is a durable tool for the quick and clean processing of pipes, threaded rods and screws. Three carbide cutting edges ensure a long service life and reliably remove burrs. Protrusions are removed so that the functionality, safety and quality of workpieces remain guaranteed.

The tool in size 1 is suitable for diameters from 3 to 19 mm. In total, three sizes are available, which together cover the range from 3 to 54 mm. The three carbide cutting edges ensure uniform removal and produce clean outer edges in a short time.

The external deburring tool can be used in cordless screwdrivers and drills and is designed for operation at low speeds. The tool is suitable for stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, cast iron, plastics and wood-based materials. This variety of materials makes the external deburring tool a flexible solution for workshop, assembly and maintenance.

The robust carbide model contributes to a long service life and ensures permanently reliable use. Due to the quick deburring, sharp edges are removed, which would impair the function of a component or pose a risk of injury. The tool thereby supports efficient workflows and reduces material replacement during repairs.
