The twist drill bit set ECO HSS-R offers 170 powerful drill bits for versatile standard applications in the workshop, production and maintenance. The extensive range is clearly organised in a sturdy metal case and enables quick access to the correct size.

The HSS-R twist drill bits impress with high concentricity. This allows drilling to be carried out in a controlled and clean manner. At the same time, the high resistance to breakage ensures reliable use during regular operation. The good chip evacuation supports steady drilling progress and reduces disruptive material accumulation in the drill hole.

The cutting edges are temperature resistant up to approximately 400 °C. This makes the tool particularly resilient during typical drilling work in metallic materials. Even during longer periods of work, the drill bits remain functional and robust. This improves process reliability and reduces unnecessary interruptions caused by tool changes.

The 170-piece drill bit range covers a wide range of applications. It is suitable for commonly used materials with a tensile strength up to 900 N/mm². These include alloyed and unalloyed steel, cast steel, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, sintered iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron. Graphite, bronze, tough brass and short-chipping aluminium can also be machined.

The robust metal case protects the tool during storage and transport. The organised arrangement simplifies the selection and ensures that all drill bits remain ready to hand at all times.
