Tile/mortar remover – precision tool for demanding joint work
The tile/mortar remover is impressive as a durable precision tool for the precise processing of tile joints and hard building materials. Thanks to the durable Carbide Technology, the cutting tool is also suitable for demanding applications and heavy-duty use in professional daily work.
As accessories for oscillating multi-tools, this precision tool enables the precise routing out or renewal of tile joints as well as the reliable removal of grout. Even hard materials such as tile adhesive can be processed in a controlled manner. The tool can be mounted in 30° increments. This allows the working position to be flexibly adapted to the respective application, and even hard-to-reach areas are reached more easily.
The Starlock mounting ensures maximum power transmission between the machine and the cutting tool. At the same time, it enables a tool-free change with just one hand in less than three seconds. This saves time during frequent tool changes and supports a smooth workflow on the construction site or in the workshop. Thanks to the colour-coding, the right precision tool is quickly identified and ready for immediate use.
Another advantage is the backward compatibility with standard OIS machines. This allows the cutting tool to be flexibly integrated into existing machinery and used in a versatile way for renovation, refurbishment and maintenance work.
