Plunge saw blade for metal – precision tool for deep and clean metal cuts
The plunge saw blade for metal is a powerful precision tool for exact plunge cuts in metal. Available in bi-metal or with Carbide Technology, the cutting tool enables deep, clean and virtually breakout-free cuts – completely without pre-drilling.
As an accessory for oscillating multi-tools, the precision tool is suitable for demanding work in metal construction, assembly projects and maintenance. Thanks to the special model, cut-outs and plunge cuts can be carried out directly at the desired location. This saves work steps and facilitates precise machining even in complex applications. For flexible use, the cutting tool can be mounted in 30° increments. This makes working in different positions and in hard-to-reach areas much easier.
The Starlock mounting ensures maximum power transmission between the machine and the cutting tool. At the same time, it enables a tool-free change with just one hand in less than three seconds. This reduces setup times and supports efficient workflows. Thanks to the colour-coded marking, the matching precision tool can be quickly identified and used immediately.
Backward compatibility with common OIS machines ensures that the cutting tool can be easily integrated into existing machinery. Depending on the requirement, two robust versions are available with bi-metal and Carbide Technology for different applications in metalworking.
