Barrier dyke, permanent – robust sealing system for reliable water protection
The permanent barrier dyke offers long-term protection against leaking liquids and supports effective water protection in sensitive work areas. As a resistant sealing system, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and helps to contain leaks in a targeted manner.
Made of flexible, highly resistant polyurethane, the liquid barrier adapts to different surfaces and impresses with its robust model. With a 60 mm height, the barrier dyke forms a permanent barrier to prevent the spread of hazardous substances, oils or aqueous liquids. This supports water protection and reduces the risk of contamination.
The construction is designed for daily operation and can be driven over by standard company vehicles. This ensures the sealing system remains operational even in high-traffic areas without restricting work processes. At the same time, the material is resistant to many chemicals, oils and aqueous media.
Installation is straightforward using anchor bolts or, alternatively, by gluing with silicone (not included in the scope of delivery). This allows the sealing system to be flexibly adapted to the respective conditions. For areas with an increased risk of leaks, the barrier dyke creates a reliable basis for preventive water protection and supports the safe design of storage, production and handling areas.
