The large-bubble bubble wrap ratioform provides a strong cushioning effect for large, fragile or irregularly shaped products. The extra-large air bubbles with a 30 mm diameter and 8 mm height cushion shocks and vibrations and protect the goods during dispatch, transport and storage. At the same time, the flexible film conforms well to different contours and shapes.
Thanks to its large cushioning volume, the film is suitable not only for wrapping and enclosing, but also for filling larger voids in the cardboard box. For example, furnishings, ceramic ware as well as large construction components and spare parts can be effectively cushioned and secured.
The 2-layer LDPE film with a material thickness of 80 µm is tear-resistant and can be processed flexibly. The transparent model also enables quick visual inspection of the packaged products. The film is recyclable.
