The Yoga Deck Spark is a fire-resistant and sustainable workplace mat made from 100 % natural rubber. It was specially developed for use at welding workstations as well as packing, picking, and assembly workstations. Thanks to its two-layer construction, it offers high standing comfort and supports ergonomic working even over extended periods. This reduces the strain of standing and enables more pleasant working.
The surface with an orange-peel look and feel provides good slip resistance rated R10 in accordance with DIN 51130 and ensures safe footing even with frequent foot traffic. The foamed rubber base provides physiologically pleasant cushioning and contributes to noticeable relief for joints and muscles. At the same time, the mat has a noise-dampening effect, reduces impact sound, and reliably insulates against cold floors. As a result, it further enhances comfort in the workplace.
For greater safety during daily work, the mat features bevelled edges on all sides that minimise the risk of tripping. In addition, it adheres securely without slipping to the subfloor and lies completely flat after a short time, ensuring safe and comfortable use.
The anti-fatigue mat is available in two fixed sizes with a width of 600 or 900 mm. Alternatively, it can be custom-made to your desired length in a width of 900 mm, making it ideal for use on assembly lines or other longer work areas. Please note the maximum production length of 22.8 m.
