Product description
- 360° rotation range
- Drum holder with rotary mechanism
- Tipping process with hand crank
- Self-locking gearbox
- Drum holder with eccentric lock
- For 200 l steel drums
The drum tipper for stacker operation with a hand crank enables the safe pick-up, transport and metered emptying of 200-litre steel drums. The stacker attachment is suitable for steel bung drums and steel lid drums with a diameter of 590 mm (+10/–25 mm). In doing so, it supports efficient workflows in the warehouse, production and disposal.
The drum holder with rotating mechanism offers a 360° rotation range. This allows the drum to be completely turned and the contents emptied specifically in the desired direction. The tipping process is carried out via a hand crank. Manual operation enables controlled positioning and precise pouring without having to move the drum directly by hand.
A self-locking gearbox prevents accidental reverse rotation during tipping. The drum holder is securely closed with an eccentric clamp. As a result, the drum remains reliably fixed during pick-up, transport and emptying.
The sturdy steel base frame is designed to be picked up by a forklift truck. A safety mechanism protects against accidental slipping off the vehicle. The forklift pockets are designed for fork arms with a cross-section of 150 x 60 mm and a clear distance of 650 mm. The drum tipper is equipped with a painted surface in yellow orange RAL 2000.
