Drum tipper – eurokraft pro with rotary mechanism and chain loop

The drum tipper with rotating device and endless chain enables the safe lifting, transport and controlled emptying of steel and plastic drums. The stacker attachment is suitable for steel bung drums, steel lid drums, rolling hoop drums, plastic L-ring drums, plastic double L-ring drums and plastic lid drums with a capacity of 110 to 220 litres and a diameter of 490 to 590 mm. As a result, it supports efficient workflows in warehouses, production and disposal.

The bolted-on rotating device offers a 270° rotation range. This allows the drum contents to be emptied specifically in the desired direction. The tipping process takes place via an endless chain and can be carried out in a controlled and gradual manner. This makes turning and dispensing the drum contents easier.

The drum holder with rotating mechanism is securely closed via an eccentric clamp. The drum remains reliably secured during lifting, transport and tipping. A self-locking gearbox prevents unintentional reverse rotation and increases safety during emptying.

The sturdy steel base frame is designed for use with a forklift truck. A safety mechanism protects against accidental slipping. With a max. load of 360 kg, the drum tipper is suitable for heavy, filled drums. The forklift pockets are designed for fork arms with a cross-section of 150 x 60 mm and a clear distance of 650 mm. The drum tipper is available with an optional painted surface in yellow orange RAL 2000 or in a zinc plated model.
