Drum truck for metal and plastic drums – ergonomic drum transporter for comfortable drum handling

The drum truck for metal and plastic drums makes picking up, transporting and setting down heavy drums of up to 350 kg easy. With a height adjustable gripper, lifting winch and support foot, the robust drum transporter enables effort-saving drum handling, especially when loading and unloading pallets.

With the height adjustable gripper (drum pick-up from 700 mm to 1080 mm), the drum is picked up from above. Thanks to the lifting winch and the support foot, the drum can easily be placed on or removed from the pallet without the truck having to be lifted onto or lowered from the pallet. As a result, the operator does not have to bear the entire weight of the drum.

When lowering the drum, a cushioning swivel castor supports the user and thus makes manoeuvring the drum truck easier. Two side handles and a push handle allow ergonomic guidance of the drum transporter. After use, the truck can be stored to save space.

The sturdy construction made of sheet steel is painted grey metallic and designed for a max. load of 350 kg. Solid rubber wheels with a 300 mm diameter support reliable internal transport.

The drum transporter is suitable for 120- and 220-litre metal drums as well as plastic L-ring drums with a closed lid. 220-litre plastic drums with a removable lid can also be picked up. Thus, the drum truck supports flexible drum handling in warehouses, production and logistics, and particularly facilitates the safe moving of heavy drums in the pallet area.
