CS chip collection container for tugger trains – robust steel container for efficient material flows
The CS chip collection container for tugger trains supports the safe and orderly collection of chips in production and manufacturing areas. Its robust steel construction and oil- and watertight model make the steel container a reliable solution for demanding operational processes.
The smooth inner walls facilitate the emptying and cleaning of the container. An integrated perforated plate insert with a hole diameter of 3 mm and a pitch of 6 mm makes it possible to separate liquids from the collected chips. Any liquids that accumulate can collect in the lower section and be drained in a controlled manner via the 1'' drain tap. This makes the handling of oil- or water-wet chips much easier.
With an under-ride height of 100 mm, the storage container can be easily integrated into internal transport processes. It is suitable for dollies with dimensions of 600 x 800 mm and 1200 x 800 mm and thus particularly supports material transport with tugger trains.
Four sturdy stacking corners make it possible to stack up to three containers on top of each other. In this way, existing storage space can be used efficiently in terms of height. At the same time, the stackability facilitates the space-saving provision of several steel containers in the plant.
