The WasteVision wheelie bin box was developed specially for professional outdoor use and offers companies, housing associations, municipalities as well as public institutions a durable and visually appealing solution for housing waste containers. The enclosure is designed for standard commercial plastic large waste bins with a capacity of 120 or 240 litres in accordance with DIN EN 840-1 and ensures a neat and representative appearance on company and commercial premises.
The robust steel construction is designed for permanent outdoor use and can be equipped with a high-quality stainless steel fascia on request. The integrated locking mechanism protects the waste containers from unauthorised access while keeping them securely stored.
Manufactured from hot dip galvanised quality steel and provided with a UV- and weather-resistant powder coating in iron mica DB 703, the wheelie bin box impresses with high corrosion resistance and outstanding resistance to mechanical loads. The impact- and scratch-resistant surface ensures a permanently high-quality appearance, even under intensive use and changing weather conditions.
In addition, the material used meets the requirements for non-combustibility in accordance with DIN 4102-1 or DIN EN 13501-1 and is therefore also suitable for demanding areas of application with increased safety requirements.
The generously designed hinged door with square locking mechanism enables convenient wheeling in and out of the waste bins and supports an efficient operational workflow in daily use. The stable construction ensures high stability and long-term reliable use.
With dimensions of 1,205 x 580 x 640 mm, the wheelie bin box offers sufficient space for large waste containers with a capacity of 120 or 240 litres and, thanks to its modern design, blends harmoniously into a wide variety of outdoor facilities.
Manufacturing takes place entirely in South Westphalia and is subject to TÜV-approved production monitoring. High-quality materials, precise processing and sustainable production processes guarantee a durable quality solution ''Made in Germany'' that meets the requirements of professional users in the long term.
