The SOLAMAT 100 is a powerful dry sole cleaning machine for industrial use. It reliably removes dust, sand and dry dirt from shoe soles and sole edges. In addition, the upper leather is cleaned with a separate brush. The machine is available in the colour variants graphite and grey, making it suitable for various work and entrance areas.
For cleaning the soles, the SOLAMAT 100 features four roller brushes and two lateral round brushes made of nylon. The roller brushes treat the tread, while the round brushes remove dirt from the sole edges. An additional upper leather brush made of horsehair cleans the shoe from above. Optionally, this brush can also be chosen in a nylon model.
The removed dirt falls directly into a large collection drawer beneath the brushes. This is easy to remove and empty, keeping the cleaning effort low. A foot sensor with a timer conveniently starts and stops the cleaning process. The powerful motor operates with 180 watts and a brush speed of 750 rpm. The round belt drive ensures good pulling power and smooth running.
The machine is made of steel and is delivered assembled. With a length of 600 mm, a width of 460 mm and a height of 1100 mm, it offers a compact design for its performance capacity. The weight is 63 kg.
