BASIC welder protective screen – mobile welder protection for flexible work areas
The BASIC welder protective screen creates a reliable barrier during changing welding work. The robust welder protective screen combines a sturdy tubular steel frame with a firm foil covering and protects adjacent work areas from welding spatters, sparks and other effects during welding.
The frame consists of durable tubular steel. All metal parts are zinc plated and thus designed for regular use in the workshop, production and maintenance. A practical push-fit/clamp connection facilitates handling and supports the flexible assembly of the protection system. In this way, the mobile welder protection can be used as required where welding workstations need to be temporarily shielded.
A 0.4 mm thick foil is firmly clamped between the upper and lower tube. The sturdy covering forms an effective barrier between the welding area and adjacent workstations. This helps the welder protective screen to clearly demarcate danger zones and to better protect employees in the surrounding area from the effects of welding work.
The model meets the requirements for spatter, spark and welder protection according to ISO EN 25980. This makes the protective screen suitable for professional areas of application where occupational safety and reliable shielding are crucial.
The mobile welder protection is particularly practical for changing workstations, repair work or temporarily set up welding areas. The combination of zinc plated tubular steel frame, firm foil covering and uncomplicated connection technology enables flexible safeguarding of welding work in production, workshop and industrial maintenance.
