The racking corner protector with guide rollers reliably protects against collision damage and impresses with its integrated guide rollers, which specifically deflect lateral forces. These well-designed impact protection elements ensure greater safety and reduce downtime in warehouse operations.
Made from 6 mm thick high-grade steel, the rack protector offers high resistance in daily use. The yellow plastic coating in traffic yellow RAL 1023 with warning stripes in jet black RAL 9005 increases visibility and aids orientation in the working environment. Installation is simple by bolting it to the floor and ensures a stable hold even under heavy use.
A central element of these impact protection elements are vertically fixed guide rollers made of black nylon. They absorb a large part of the lateral impact forces and deflect them in a controlled manner. As a result, impacts are significantly cushioned and the load on the post protector is reduced. This contributes to the longer service life of the rack protector and minimises maintenance effort.
The racking corner protector is particularly suitable for corner and thoroughfare areas in warehouses, as well as for zones with high delivery traffic. Here, the impact protection elements reliably protect sensitive rack uprights from damage by forklift trucks and other transport vehicles.
