Product description
  • Durable and efficient – its shape is restored after impact and requires no maintenance
  • Straightforward assembly – can be fitted on upright frames without screws
  • No floor damage in the event of an impact
  • Versatile and sustainable – UV resistant, food safe, recyclable
  • Certified by TÜV
The collision guard from A-Safe increases your return on investment by significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Our plastic collision guard is easy to install on the upright frame – without screws or plugs. This means: no damage to the floor due to impacts!

Convert a point load into surface distribution: the point load, caused by the fork, for example, is distributed uniformly over the entire length of the RackGuard. The shape of the special plastic MEMAPLEX™ is restored to its original shape even after repeated impacts. We offer different types of RackGuard for all common types of shelf stays.

Our collision guard requires no maintenance – it is resistant to moisture and chemicals, corrosion free and scratch resistant. It also retains its colour and remains UV resistant, which ensures lasting visibility without requiring repainting. The wipe resistant and water repellent surface is food safe and guarantees maximum hygiene.

Environmental friendliness is important to us – our collision guard is 100% recyclable and therefore a sustainable solution for your storage requirements.

Recyclable
Recyclable products are products that can be recycled at the end of their service life, providing they are separated into all their individual components in designated recycling facilities. This means that the individual components are made of materials that can be exploited using the recycling process and be reprocessed into new products. Recyclable products help reduce the environmental impact of waste and to conserve resources.
