Buying guide for industrial partition systems

The following information is an important aid for proper planning:

Connect modules are available as:

  • standard modules and
  • extension modules
  • standard module 800 mm
  • extension module 760 mm
  • 800 mm + 760 mm = 1560 mm
  • more than 80 different add-on elements

Standard modules have perforated profile rails on the left and right for holding add-on elements (e.g. shelves, trays, worktops etc.), which are easily attached without tools (see below). Add-on elements can be easily suspended in the 50 mm grid at the required height, and secured with special ANKE locking clips to protect against unintentional detachment.

Extension modules have perforated profile rails (see above) on one side, and connection lugs on the other side for attaching extension and standard modules.

Standard modules have perforated profile rails on the left and right for holding add-on elements (e.g. shelves, trays, worktops etc.), which are easily attached without tools. Add-on elements can be easily suspended in the 50 mm grid at the required height, and secured with special ANKE locking clips to protect against unintentional detachment.

Standard modules are connected with the required number of extension modules in this manner to form rows. This creates a robust industrial partition wall, which divides the room and also offers additional uses, which are shown in the following examples.

Stability: Flat, oval tube feet provide the necessary stability. As standard, the standard module is supplied with two flat oval tube feet, the extension module with one flat oval tube foot. The Connect Modules are mounted on these feet at the centre (comp. foot M). Using levelling screws, the Connect Modules can be levelled horizontally. Other versions of feet can be supplied to suit the respective application:

  • Foot M mounted at the center
  • Foot F mobile
  • Foot E mounted on one side
  • Foot B screwed to the floor

Please note that to ensure stability, add-on elements may not protrude out over the feet. Shelves with a depth of 450 mm can only be used in conjunction with single sided foot configuration. Hook-in worktops (depth 500 mm) may only be suspended at a max. height of 1100 mm, measured from floor to worktop.

90° corner combinations

90° corner combination modules can also be used with ANKE Connect to create cubicles. One corner combination consists of 2 wall modules, which are connected using a 90° corner connection fitting. The corner is covered on the front and back with screens. The cavity created in the process can be used as a cable duct, etc. Plug sockets, network sockets, etc. can be integrated in the screens.

Corner combination A consists of 2 standard modules, which are set-up at a 90° angle. Extension modules can be attached to both sides. Corner combination B consists of one standard module and one extension module. This corner combination can be attached to existing rows of Connect Modules, as the extension module in this corner combination is fitted with connection lugs on one side (see description for extension modules).
