Fork extension closed – Eichinger for fork WxH 80 x 40 mm

The closed fork extension impresses with its reliable construction and ensures safety when handling particularly long and bulky loads. It increases the reach of the forklift truck forks, improves load distribution, and enables the safe transport of goods without the need for extensive conversion.

Thanks to the closed construction and the integrated locking pin safeguard, slipping off the forks is prevented. The closed fork extension enables safe and precise entry into pallets without causing damage. The tapering and additional rounding at the fork tip facilitate picking up the load. For an indestructible construction, these models forgo cantilever elements compared to conventional fork extensions – no bending, no material breakage. A permanently welded safety chain reliably protects the locking pin from loss. The closed fork extension is suitable for intensive, daily use and contributes to trouble-free operation in the warehouse and logistics sector.

Good to know:
Precision manufacturing with 5 mm oversize
Example: Fork cross-section width x height 80 x 40 mm = Entry dimension width x height 90 x 50 mm.
The fork extension should rest 60% on the existing forks. The calculation formula is: Fork length 1200 mm / 0.6 = max. 2000 mm length of the fork extension.
