Bubble wrap 50 µm – ratioform 2-ply

The 2-layer bubble wrap ratioform is a versatile solution for cushioning, protecting and filling during dispatch, transport and storage. The small bubbles cushion shocks and vibrations and protect delicate surfaces from scratches. At the same time, the film keeps dust and moisture away from the packaged goods.

Thanks to its flexible properties, the bubble wrap adapts well to different product shapes. It is particularly suitable for light and medium-weight goods such as spare parts, electrical appliances, glass and ceramic products, tools or other shock-sensitive products. The film can also be used to fill voids in the carton and provide additional securing of the goods.

The 2-layer LDPE film with 50 µm material thickness features standard bubbles with a 10 mm diameter and 4 mm height. Different roll widths enable the right selection for different packages and applications. The film is recyclable.
