The primary function of the wheelchair ramp is to bridge stairs and high landings.
A special stamped pattern on the tread surface ensures high slip resistance and rain, snow and dirt drain off quickly through the perforations.
Start by determining the height difference to be overcome. In relation to this height difference, this results in the length of the stair ramp at an incline of 17 – 20% and the suggested order number.
Check whether the stair ramp identified is suitable for the space available.
We always recommend a stair ramp that is as long as possible. This makes the incline less steep and easier to manage.
Ramps longer than 4500 mm come in two parts with a support foot in the middle.
