Product description
- For absorbing and containing oil on water – also ideal for use on land
- The outer skin is UV resistant, impact resistant and tear resistant
- Absorbent socks float on the surface even when saturated
- Filled with polypropylene
Absorbent socks that repel water, but absorb (soak up) oils and hydrocarbons.
Its natural, chemical resistant properties allow it to soak up oil while repelling water-based liquids.
A rope extends all the way through the mesh covering and ensures stability is maintained when placing and collecting the barriers. The rope can withstand a tensile load of up to 182 kg.
UV resistant for use outdoors for up to one year.
For the following liquids:
Motor oil, hydraulic oil, petrol, diesel, petroleum, acetone, ethyl alcohol, toluene, xylene, etc.
