Winter grit for safe pavements and traffic areas

This winter grit combines immediate anti-slip action with a composition that is particularly gentle on materials. The mineral de-icing granules of volcanic origin are completely salt-free and suitable for professional maintenance of winter surfaces.

As a high-grip de-icer, the grit immediately ensures greater traction on icy or slippery pavements, driveways and traffic areas. Its high level of effectiveness enables wide area coverage. As a result, the de-icing granules can be used economically and efficiently, especially on extensive company premises, car parks and public paths.

Unlike conventional road salt, the mineral grit causes no corrosion to vehicles, traffic signs, crash barriers or railings. Natural stone flooring, technical installations and sensitive vehicle surfaces are also protected when used correctly. This reduces cleaning and maintenance requirements and supports sustainable winter maintenance services.

The salt-free de-icing agent is harmless to humans and animals. It is therefore also suitable for areas with heavy foot traffic as well as for access roads, entrances and pathways at public, commercial or private facilities. The mineral structure ensures reliable grip without leaving scratches typical of grit on standard natural stone surfaces.

Upon contact with moisture, the grit dissolves after a certain time or is washed away. Collection and disposal are therefore only required if local conditions or special requirements necessitate it. This simplifies post-treatment and reduces material consumption in daily winter maintenance.

Highly economical: 40 litres are sufficient for approx. 1000 – 1400 m² of surface area.
