An IBC heating jacket is the perfect solution when it comes to heating liquids and materials quickly and effectively, making it very easy to empty them without residue and/or keep them warm. In addition, the jacket provides reliable protection from UV radiation.
Equipped with two easy to operate digital temperature controllers, steplessly adjustable from 0 – 90 °C.
Made of hardwearing, durable silicone material. Quick and easy to attach to the tank container using cargo restraint straps.
The heating jacket is suitable for transporting 1000 l IBCs with a content that must maintain a specific temperature or viscosity.
For an optimum heating effect, use in combination with an insulation cover is recommended (Accessory).
To allow even faster heating, the heating jacket can be combined with a floor heating panel.
Ideal for heating water, oils, greases, waxes, resins and diesel fuel.
