In the food and pharmaceutical industries in particular, this drum heating jacket is the perfect solution when it comes to heating liquids and materials quickly and effectively, making it very easy to empty them without residue or keep them warm. What's more, the jacket provides reliable protection from UV radiation.
Equipped with an easy to operate digital temperature controller, steplessly adjustable from 0 – 90 °C.
Made of hardwearing, durable silicone material, approved by the FDA (USA) for use with food.
Quick and easy to fit to the tank container using restraint straps.
The heating jacket is suitable for transporting 1000 l IBCs with a content that must maintain a specific temperature or viscosity.
For an optimum heating effect, use in combination with an insulation cover is recommended (Accessory).
To allow even faster heating, the heating jacket can be combined with a floor heating panel.
Ideal for heating water, various oils, greases, waxes, resins as well as food and pharmaceuticals.
