Emulsifying cleaning agent for use in the ultrasonic cleaner.
STAR US 6 is a VOC-free and non-hazardous cleaning concentrate, which makes it suitable for universal use. In addition, the cleaning agent has an emulsifying effect, i.e. the oil that is stripped off is distributed throughout the cleaning bath, which ensures the component can be removed clean.
Specifically designed for use in ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
Cleans steel, stainless steel, plastics, aluminium and non-ferrous metals (a compatibility test is recommended for zinc plated and extremely sensitive surfaces).
Removes machining oils, separating agents, vegetable oils and greases, particles and grinding dust, wet paint etc.

Applications:
– Use in ultrasonic cleaners and immersion baths
– Maintenance, CNC/metalworking, plastics processing, automotive, railway, medical technology (with rinsing), precision mechanics, etc.

Details:
– Concentrate: the cleaning agent can be mixed with water and is therefore very economical
– No VOCs and non-hazardous
– No silicates
– No barium
– Recommended cleaning temperature: 40 – 60 °C, can be heated up to 80 °C
– Also suitable for use in the immersion bath at room temperature, with and without using an aerator for more intensive cleaning
