BASIC industrial swivel chair, ESD – bimos fabric

The BASIC swivel work chair, ESD combines electrically conductive features with versatile ergonomic functions for sensitive ESD work areas.

The permanent-contact backrest follows the movements of the upper body, thereby supporting dynamic sitting. In addition, the seat angle can be adjusted to adapt the sitting position to different tasks. The seat tilt and backrest can be quickly adapted to individual requirements. The infinitely variable gas lift height adjustment from 470 to 610 mm enables easy adjustment to the respective working height.

The ESD work chair is available in two upholstery variants. The version with soft synthetic leather upholstery offers high seating comfort and impresses with its washable, easy-care and disinfectant-resistant surface. It is particularly suitable for areas where regular and thorough cleaning is required. The variant with soft fabric upholstery also offers high seating comfort. The breathable material supports a pleasant sitting climate during prolonged periods of sitting.

The surfaces and materials of the swivel work chair are electrically conductive and designed for use at electrostatically protected workstations. The low-profile five-star base with castors is coated with black epoxy resin and is also electrically conductive. This makes the chair particularly suitable for electronics manufacturing, assembly areas and laboratories where sensitive components must be protected against electrostatic discharge.
