The Gedore 2004 tool trolley is specifically designed for professional use and provides a wide range of technical features that make your work processes safer and more efficient. It is made of high quality, scratch resistant and corrosion resistant sheet steel in GEDORE blue.
The drawers (width x depth 480 x 400 mm) run on ball bearing mounted full extensions. Each drawer can be loaded with up to 40 kg, the 207 mm high drawer has a max. load of up to 60 kg and the total max. load of the trolley is 750 kg (dynamic).
For optimum mobility and stability, the trolley is equipped with two high performance, roller bearing mounted fixed castors (Ø 200 mm) with two ball bearing mounted swivel castors (Ø 125 mm, one with wheel stop).
The safety locking system ensures precise locking of the drawers during mobile use.
The top cover made of ABS plastic is oil and acid resistant and has three integrated moulds as small parts compartments and a raised edge.
Additional storage space is provided by the lockable storage compartment at the side with four removable small parts drawers and perforated panel to which accessories and tools can be attached.
