HCT410 cardboard box trolley – Treston with 2 shelves and cardboard box holders

The robust cardboard box trolley is the ideal solution for space saving storage of cardboard boxes and for efficient workflows at packing stations in the workshop and warehouse.

Two height adjustable shelves allow the trolley to be individually adjusted to different cardboard box sizes and mailing bags. The heights of the shelves are flexible to adapt to respective use, while the removal heights can be adapted the employees or the working environment.

The infinitely adjustable divider bars on the shelves make it easy to sort boxes according to number, size, format, purpose and properties. Large, medium and small packages are sorted by type and removed for the corresponding purpose of use. The intervals between the bars can be changed, and they adapt to the required number of cardboard boxes. In order to store different parcel sizes on the cardboard box trolley, the M shape of the sorting bars provides a practical hold at different heights.

The storage shelf at the bottom with large divider bars is particularly suitable for large parcels. They are 540 mm high and, at their lowest point, 330 mm above the bottom storage shelf. The upper shelf is perfect for smaller parcels and mailing bags. In this case, the bars are smaller and measure 315 mm at their highest point. They are 105 mm above the top storage shelf at their lowest point.

The cardboard box trolley is the perfect instrument when packing products sold by online shops as well as for small parts or spare parts for industry, and other products sent by mail. The four swivel castors allow the trolley to be transported with cardboard boxes to any location in the company, and be positioned accordingly at the packing station. Two brakes allow the trolley to be stopped in order to ensure it remains in place during the packing process.

The reliable item of work equipment is made of powder coated steel and exhibits a max. load of 150 kg. The long lasting quality is characterised by a robust and resilient construction.
