This innovative product, which is a component within our versatile CustomLine product range, offers you flexibility and modularity due to a range of combination options and it can be upgraded with accessories. E-module
The e-module is characterised by intuitive operation with perfect control for easy transport of loads up to 500 kg. The battery used for the drive consists of a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the charging status of which is indicated visually on a battery status indicator. The operating time is up to 8 hours per battery charge with average use. The replaceable battery system makes it easy to exchange the empty battery for a fully charged one to ensure uninterrupted operation. The connection between the drawbar head and drive is wireless and uses Bluetooth, which also enables use in fleet operation. The charging time is just 6 hours for a full charge.

The e-module offers easy navigation, supported by fatigue-free operation due to the ergonomically shaped, multifunctional drawbar head. Sturdy, tubular handles ensure it is easy to steer, and the stepless speed control is provided by two thumb switches, with a maximum speed of 4 km/h. If required, a creep speed can be activated, which enables high precision forward and backward travel. Additional safety features include a warning function in the form of a horn on the drawbar head and a belly switch to prevent entrapment when reversing. The integrated foot protection ensures that there is no risk of becoming trapped under the drive. The e-module does not require a certificate of competence for operation, and anti-theft protection is provided by an access control feature secured by a lock on the drive battery.

CustomLine
The intelligent modular principle allows you to change the configuration of the assembly trolley with electric drive at any time to suit your individual requirements. Choose from our preconfigured items with two or three shelves.* The number of shelves can be increased by adding additional shelves. Plastic shelves provide a secure grip for components to ensure everything stays in place. You can also convert your assembly trolley into a shelf truck for greater versatility. The trolley can be customised due to its modular design. The corner posts with perforated profiles make it easy to secure the shelves at different heights and thereby customise them to suit your components. Change the height of the trolley by combining corner posts of different lengths. Additional shelves and corner posts with perforated profiles are available separately as accessories. The modern design in light blue or charcoal is stylish and offers you even more options for use and colour coding.

For perfect travel comfort in combination with the electric drive, there are two types of tyres to choose from, these being solid rubber wheels or elastic wheels. The e-module can be replaced with a complete set of tyres or be retrofitted to another trolley to suit requirements. It is also available separately as an accessory for retrofitting to the CustomLine assembly trolley and shelf truck.

Operator's Stand
The operator's stand is designed for the E-module series and enables one person to operate a platform trolley with an electric drive, on which the goods are transported. The operator stands securely on the platform, controls the electric drive directly via the drawbar head, and thus moves effortlessly with the trolley. This reduces walking distances, minimises physical strain, and significantly streamlines work processes in warehousing and production.

The operator's stand is connected to the platform trolley via an angled ball joint and can be easily assembled or disassembled if required – use without the operator's stand is also possible. The ergonomic control via the drawbar head ensures easy steering: the system is very agile, track-stable, and tip-proof. The operator platform is equipped with non-slip checker plate, step-over protection, and all-round foot protection. The tubular steel frame with a perforated sheet metal back panel ensures safe driving. The load capacity is a maximum of 500 kg for the platform trolley and 150 kg for the operator's stand. When using the operator's stand, the load capacity of the trolley is reduced by the weight of the person to at least 350 kg. The product is delivered unassembled; assembly is simple. Only usable in combination with the designated eurokraft pro platform trolleys.
