Quick to fill and even quicker to empty – hinged bottom skips
Hinged bottom skips feature a base with flaps... but what are they good for? In principle, the skips are simply large waste containers that can be raised and transported using stackers or cranes. In contrast to other attachments for stackers, such as tilting skips and silo containers, they are unloaded vertically with the aid of a pull rope and one or two flaps in the base, and this very quickly and with pinpoint accuracy. By the way, these flaps close again automatically when the skip is put back on the ground.
They are available for extremely large load bearing capacities, and therefore have 2 base flaps. There are also ones for goods that tend to be light but bulky in volume. Do you need a particular size or load bearing capacity? Our hinged bottom skips feature volumes from 0.5 to 2 m³ and load bearing capacities from 1000 to 2000 kg. And because our models can be stacked, they can also be used for storage when not in use.
Collecting, storing, moving... and tipping it all out again: hinged bottom skips are the all-in-one equipment for this. No wonder that they're one of the most popular stacker attachments and have become indispensable for recycling and collecting recyclable waste.
