The IoT-Line drive-through scale NFC combines maximum precision, robust industrial quality and state-of-the-art IoT technology in one scale – ideal for businesses that want to digitalise their weighing processes and integrate them into Industry 4.0 structures. As part of the IoT-Line, it is a networkable industrial scale with user-friendly operation, specifically designed for the fast and safe weighing of pallets, roll containers and platform trolleys, and impresses with its flat design and ramps on both sides.
As part of the IoT-Line, the NFC drive-through scale offers advanced connectivity and data integration. Weight data can be transmitted in real-time via Bluetooth, WLAN or Ethernet to ERP, MES or warehouse systems. This enables automated data acquisition, transparent process monitoring and seamless integration into digital production and logistics chains.
The weighing platform consists of non-slip steel chequer plate and is equipped with 4 silicone-coated steel load cells. This stable construction ensures safe operation and is durable even in harsh environments. Four high-precision load cells with IP68 ingress protection guarantee exact measurement results even under demanding conditions – such as dust, moisture or temperature fluctuations.
The modern evaluation unit with a large LCD display and clear menu navigation ensures easy operation and fast results. It can be flexibly mounted on the wall, on the desk or on a tripod. In addition, numerous functions are available, including piece counting, summing, tolerance checking, percentage weighing and checkweighing, which make the daily work process more efficient. A protective cover is supplied complete, which optimally protects the device against external influences.
The flat design and integrated ramps allow effortless access with pallet trucks or platform trolleys. This eliminates the need to lift heavy loads, making the workflow more ergonomic and time-saving. As a drive-through scale, it is ideal for the fast weighing of, for example, wire mesh box trucks, laundry trolleys, pallet trucks, roll containers or waste bins.
