For exact planning and coordination: horizontal imprint showing times of the day and vertical window magnets (included) for labelling employees' names. Absences are marked using the round magnets that are included, and can be moved around as required. The hours of the day shown on the board are 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, size of the field for the day is WxH 15 x 17.5 mm. Frame with rounded mitred corners. Information and notes on longer-term absences such as trade fairs, holidays, business trips etc. can be entered in the additional column.
