The SPS safety package (Safety Protection System) includes a patented, electronically controlled safety flap in the feed opening, which acts as finger and tie guard. This prevents injuries and allows you to concentrate on your work. The EASY-SWITCH multi-function switching element makes operation easier and provides integrated user guidance using clear colour signals and illuminated symbols. This gives you an overview of the operating status of the device at all times.
The automatic reverse with automatic shutdown prevents paper jams, while the automatic shutdown function ensures that the document shredder is not overloaded when the shredded paper container is full. An additional electronic door lock with a magnetic switch guarantees that the device is only operated when it is safe to do so. The document shredder is equipped with a motor with double fuse protection to prevent overheating, so that it continues to work reliably even during intensive operation. The zero energy standby mode ensures that the device is automatically disconnected from the power supply after 15 minutes to save energy.
