Non-transparent mailing bag – ratioform flow suitable for return shipments

The opaque mailing bag ratioform flow is specially designed for straightforward outbound and return shipping. The double self-adhesive seal allows the bag to be securely resealed for a return after being opened for the first time. The integrated tear perforation makes opening easier for the recipient. No additional packing tape or other sealing material is required for either shipping direction – this reduces material requirements and packing steps.

The tear-resistant HDPE film is particularly suitable for textiles, books, lighter boxes, and other dispatched goods. A black inner surface makes the bag particularly opaque and protects the contents from direct view. The 80 mm wide gusset creates additional space for bulkier products. With a coefficient of friction of 0.15–0.20 in accordance with ISO 8295, the mailing bag also meets the relevant DHL specifications and is designed for transport on conveyor belts.
