Common procedures for the safe shutdown of systems are often accompanied in companies by so-called work permits or Permit-to-Work documents.
The B810 Permit Redbox™ enables the integration of these documents in addition to storing machine and system locks. It thereby combines precise system security with the necessary securing of the permits in the large, lockable vision panel. For more safety and transparency in maintenance.
– For the organisation of group lockout procedures in combination with Permit-to-Work systems
– Integration of the work permit to better inform involved personnel
– Increased safety by locking the work permit until the end of all work
– Flexible use as a mobile box or fixed on the enclosed wall bracket
– Also ideal for storing machine locks directly at the machine
The sturdy box made of powder-coated sheet steel reliably protects important documents (A4 format) and keys. With 20 slots for personal padlocks and three additional ones for authorised persons, it supports clear access structures. Inside, hook strips offer space for up to 24 machine locks.
A side deposit slot for keys with key fobs and all-round punch-outs increase flexibility and overview for all work permits. Thanks to a carrying handle and wall bracket with a quick-release button, the box can be used both mobile and stationary.
