Precise glass handling in prefabricated house construction: The AERO-VARIOWIN vacuum lifter impresses with its supreme functionality when handling large and heavy glass elements. Its excellent suction properties and the increased coefficient of friction in a vertical position are achieved through special AERO-LIFT glass suction pads with low inherent volume and a special structural design.
Handling of workpieces with web offset up to max. 13 cm is possible thanks to depth-adjustable suction pads. Bypassing interfering contours such as reveals or frames is possible thanks to height-adjustable suspension points. Trouble-free transport of tall workpieces in an upright position thanks to an extra-long suspension frame. Balanced load distribution due to adjustable centre of gravity compensation on the suspension frame. Secure storage option for vacuum lifter and attachments thanks to the transport frame included in the scope of delivery. Option for handling smaller formats thanks to an additional shorter crane suspension.
Highest safety standards thanks to the integrated tandem vacuum reservoir, which is mounted on both sides of the frame, as well as the additional acoustic and visual warning signals. Rotation of the workpiece in a vertical direction by ±90°, as well as fixation every 15° by means of a Bowden cable. Fast and tool-free conversion is guaranteed thanks to plug connections that allow a configuration with fewer or more suction pads. Includes frame for safe transport. No downtime or idle periods thanks to an integrated motor protection switch that protects the vacuum generator from winding damage. Simple and fast maintenance: The intelligent suction pad concept enables tool-free replacement of worn suction seals within seconds.
