The pipe lifting gear, in torsion-resistant, lightweight hollow steel construction, enables the safe transport as well as the precise placement of vertically standing concrete pipes and shaft components on construction sites. The lifting device is particularly suitable for civil engineering and municipal pipeline construction, where precise work under high load is required. The pipe lifting tool is connected to the load hook of the crane via high-strength, galvanised chains according to DIN 5688.8.
The pipe lifting gear complies with the occupational safety regulations of the Employers' Liability Insurance Association and is equipped with a safety lock. A spring on each clamping bracket prevents unintentional loosening of the load from the claws. The clamping range can be flexibly adjusted perc hand via a special screw – for quick adjustment and safe working under changing conditions.
With a clamping range of 10 – 180 mm, a gripping depth of 220 mm and a chain length of 1800 mm, the pipe gripper can be used flexibly for different pipe dimensions.
